Electronic (PDF) Newsletter Details

The information below is for a PDF electronic newsletter. 

 

Package # 1

• The client writes the articles, does all their own editing & proofing

• We provide a creative design / layout. 

• Photo submission encouraged as this will grab the reader's attention and lead to more people reading the article that accompanies the image.

 

Package # 2

Customized Package: 

• The client writes & edits articles 

• We facilitate virtual research & highlight the following - local events, restaurant, recipes, holidays, kids’ corner, rentals, etc. 

  • The estimated cost for research is $60.00 per hour – estimated 8 hours per newsletter which includes proof reading and editing these segments which comes to $480.00. 

  • If this estimated cost requires any changes and/or if your Association would request onsite or local town research the cost may change (traveling cost or added expenses). We will submit all receipts to show change in cost.

Set Up Charge

The packages above do not include an initial creative design and setup charge. This charge is $795.00 and is added to the cost of your first issue.    

 

Printed or E-blast Newsletter Prices

For a traditional printed and mailed newsletter, we will submit a quote to Minute Press of Fair Lawn

( https://minuteman.com/us/locations/nj/fairlawn/ ) at this time. If the Association uses a different company for printing, we are willing to contact and work with them. Stamp and Printing prices may vary. 

 

Electronic distribution of the newsletter via E-blast by us will be an added services and cost.

 income is donated to RenéMarie Language of Love Foundation INC.  501© 3 Organization.  www.renemarielanguageoflove.org/ A Tax Letter of the donation will be provided to you quarterly.

• ReneMarie Productions llc (Simply the Best) can submit an insurance certificate with the Association added on as additionally insurance (if required)
